Is this all true or is it a scam anyone can setup a website to look real

It is 100% true, but i understand your reservations. I recommend reading this article from the Guardian, and this one from the Telegraph. They are impartial sources that explain how matched betting works.
You can also just work through the tutorials in our free account. They give you everything you need to start making money. If the strategy didn’t actually work we’d have no incentive to give this info away for free, as no-one would ever sign-up to the premium membership.
